Littlehampton Wave | Sports Courses

Football Skills

Wednesday and Thursday between 4pm and 6pm for 5-16 years olds

Our Football Skills courses are made up of various classes and welcomes all abilities. There will be coaching and assessment in many different skills areas. We will also be incorporating The FA ‘Mini Soccer’ matches. Please wear suitable footwear and bring a drink!

 

5-a-side League
Saturdays between 7pm and 9pm for 13-17 year olds.

Enter teams in advance to compete for League titles and World Cups.


Gym Tots
Thursdays between 9am and 12.30pm for 2-4year olds.

Gym Tots is split into 2 age groups. Please ensure children are wearing suitable comfortable clothing and bring a drink!

2 year olds – A brilliant session that aims to improve co-ordination and social skills, whilst enjoying non-stop action on the climbing and soft play equipment. Adult required to stay: Yes

3 to 4 year olds – Introducing basic gymnastic movements to build confidence and introduce British Gymnastics badge scheme. This class will also help with preparing children for the pathway to our dedicated Gymnastics coaching on a Saturday.


Table Tennis
Thursdays between 6pm and 7pm for children 7-16years.

Sessions are coached and structured for all abilities and will include fun games, drills and skill practice. These sessions will prepare children for the pathway to The Table Tennis Academy.


Short Tennis
Fridays, between 5pm and 6pm for 5-16 years.

Sessions are coached and structured for all abilities, made up of fun skills, drills and games. 


drop in sessions - no need to book

Badminton
Tuesdays, between 6pm and 7pm for 5-16 years. Just drop in!

Our Badminton sessions are made up of coaching, competitions, fun games and drills.  All abilities welcome, all equipment provided. Please wear suitable footwear and bring a drink!


Little Leapfrogs

Every Monday and Wednesday, drop in anytime during term time between 9.00am-12.00noon. Suitable for walking to 5 years, babes in arms welcome too. Please ensure children are wearing suitable, comfortable clothing.

Our Sports Hall will be kitted out with soft play equipment, bouncy castles and suitable sports and games equipment. With plenty to do and lots of space to explore, let your Little Leapfrogs bounce, roll, ride and run to their hearts content! We welcome your own snacks and provisions, tables, chairs and highchairs are available within the sports hall so you don’t need to worry about moving! This is an informal, unsupervised session.

 

Friday Night Project
Fridays, between 7pm- and 9pm for 11-17 year olds.

Spend your Friday evening relaxing and enjoying a variety of activities with friends at Littlehampton Wave, including swimming, football, badminton, basketball and use of our new state of the art gym!

 

Saturday Sports Club
Every Saturday between 11.00am and 1.00pm for 5-16 years.

Our Saturday Sports Club is supervised by our staff so children can be dropped off and left or you are welcome to stay and enjoy the fun too!

 2 hours of activities including:     

  • table tennis ● football ● badminton ● bouncy castles● air hockey ● scooters
  • table football ● basketball ● dance mats ● gladiators ● box ‘n’ bounce ● slacklining

Athletics
Fridays between 4pm and 5pm for 6-12 year olds. 

Come and try out lots of different athletic activities in a fun indoor environment with our qualified coach. Please wear suitable footwear and bring a drink!
