Aqua Aerobics
Enjoy a refreshing, full-body aquatic workout led by our friendly, motivational instructors. The resistance of the water will help sculpt and tone your body, leaving you refreshed, energised and ready for more.
Omnia Classes
Omnia is a fun and functional training rig based on our gym floor. We offer Omnia group classes for up to 8 customers at a time, providing a variety of exhilarating exercises for all levels of fitness and abilities.
Indoor Cycling Classes
Our My Ride studio has 25 bikes for instructor-led classes, as well as a full programme of 'virtual' classes so you can work out when it's convenient for you. The studio has full surround sound and effect lighting, giving you the full ‘outdoors, indoors’ experience.
Aerobics and Dance Classes
Why not work on your sculpting and toning in our Legs, Bums & Tums and Body Conditioning classes. Or dance your way to fitness in our Dance Fusion sessions, blending low and high intensity dance moves together to create a fun, high energy routine.

Yes, you can come along as a non member. If you're looking to attend two or more fitness classes a week, taking out a membership will save you money. Contact a membership advisor for more information.
We are committed to ensuring our centre provides the best accessible facilities possible. This includes disabled parking spaces, accessible changing cubicles and toilets, a pool hoist and an entrance ramp.
Yes, we have showers and locker facilities available.
As a member you get 10 days’ advance booking privileges and as a non member you can book 3 days in advance.
If you have your own equipment such as a yoga mat or kettlebells, we recommend you bring these with you. We also suggest that you bring along your own towel and a water bottle to help keep you hydrated.
The number of fitness classes you should take each week depends on your goals, fitness level and availability. The NHS recommends adults undertake at least 150 minutes of moderate physical activity or 75 minutes of high intensity physical activity per week, so this would equate to taking approximately 2-3 fitness classes per week, depending on the activity

Yes, we offer free car parking here Littlehampton Wave. Please enter your car registration details on one of our tablets upon arrival. This will grant you 5 hours free parking when attending fitness classes or using other facilities at the centre.
