Working alone can be hard. Our group exercise program offers a whole range of group exercise classes, all designed to raise the heart rate and create change in the body. All of our trained and qualified instructors are passionate about their classes and offer a friendly motivational environment that will have you hooked, making friends and achieving goals.
Metafit - Is a style of HIIT (high intensity interval training) and is designed to boost your fitness, rocket your energy levels & get massive results in the shortest amount of time possible. It gets results because it creates a Metabolic Disturbance, Increases your Resting Metabolic Rate and Increases Fat Burning.
Spinning - Indoor cycling, as an organized activity, is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting.
Vibe Cycle - Vibe cycle is an indoor cycle class going to the beat of the music. This is a tough workout utilising all of your muscles. You have control of your own resistance but the instructor will push you to your limits
Aqua Aerobics - Water based high energy exercise class, aerobic moves creating low impact and high resistance.
Gentle Aqua – is a relaxed exercise class which takes place in the swimming pool designed to ease the muscles and mobilise the body.
AAA - A gentle circuit class for those over 50 or who have completed the NERS scheme. Working on a range of everyday movements and developing muscular strength.
NERS - The National Exercise Referral Scheme (NERS) is a Welsh Government funded scheme. GP referral.
LITE (Low Intensity Total Workout) – A class designed to give you the full workout experience at a lower intensity. You will still work hard covering elements of aerobics, boxercise, weights, Tai Chi, core work and more. If you want everything a work out has to offer at a gentler pace - this is for you. Suitable for all levels.
Kettlebells – Kettlebells give you a whole body workout for both your muscular and cardiovascular system with dynamic functional movements. Challenging your body, stabilising the shoulder joints and strengthening your hips and back. This class will make your body strong and efficient. Suitable for all levels.
Gentle Aerobics - An aerobic workout designed to work all areas of the body at a low intensity. This class is aimed towards beginners or those wanting a lighter workout.
