Working alone can be hard. Our group exercise program offers a whole range of group exercise classes, all designed to raise the heart rate and create change in the body. All of our trained and qualified instructors are passionate about their classes and offer a friendly motivational environment that will have you hooked, making friends and achieving goals.
Total Tone - A class designed to tone and sculpt your whole body. A variety of body weight and light weight moves using a lot of repetitions to create the toned affect. A class that will show results with hard work and persistence.
Circuits- Circuits is a class with a range of different types of exercise taking place. The class can involve a range of equipment or just your body weight involving different activities.
Kettlebells - Kettlebells is a High Intensity & Dynamic workout great for all aspects of fitness using just one piece of equipment.
It's great for endurance, strenght, balance and cardio.
PiYo - PiYo combines the strenghtening benefits of Pilates & the flexibility of Yoga.It's a lower impact but dynamic & energetic workout.It's great for increasing fitness levels, core strenght, flexibility, stability, balance & posture.
HIIT - HIIT worksouts are a combination of short bursts of intense exercise with periods of rest or lower-intensity exercise. The class can involve METAFIT and penalty box workouts.
Metafit - Is a style of HIIT (high intensity interval training) and is designed to boost your fitness, rocket your energy levels & get massive results in the shortest amount of time possible. It gets results because it creates a Metabolic Disturbance, Increases your Resting Metabolic Rate and Increases Fat Burning.
Vibe Cycle - Vibe cycle is an indoor cycle class going to the beat of the music. This is a tough workout utilising all of your muscles. You have control of your own resistance but the instructor will push you to your limits
Aqua Aerobics - Water based high energy exercise class, aerobic moves creating low impact and high resistance.
Gentle Aqua – is a relaxed exercise class which takes place in the swimming pool designed to ease the muscles and mobilise the body.
AAA - A gentle circuit class for those over 50 or who have completed the NERS scheme. Working on a range of everyday movements and developing muscular strength.
NERS - The National Exercise Referral Scheme (NERS) is a Welsh Government funded scheme. GP referral.
