Our health referral scheme is set up to help our members who are returning to exercise from illness or injury.

At Prince Regent we offer a range of swimming lessons for both adults and children. Our lessons are all about developing confident and competent swimmers through fun and enjoyment. We aim for the highest level of water confidence, skill and swimming techniques.

Community sport and play activities aimed at 5-12 year olds and their families. Sessions run on Recreation grounds across Wealden. These sessions are free to attend.
