Terms & Conditions - Membership referrals

Voucher code has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged
Voucher code can only be used once
Only one voucher per transaction
Voucher cannot be replaced if lost or stolen
The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other Freedom Leisure offer
You must be 16 years + to redeem a voucher
This offer is for referred members of 16 years & above only
Voucher codes must be redeemed by the expiry date
Monthly Member - The referred member must make ONE Direct Debit payment for the referring member to qualify for the voucher
A Full Joining Fee must be paid by the referred member when joining for the member to qualify for the voucher
The referred member must join on a non-concession membership type
Paid in Full Annual Member - The referred member must join on a full payment term of at least 3 months. The referring member will receive their voucher after the new member 10 day cooling off period.
Member can refer as many new members as he/she wishes and will receive a voucher for each person they refer who joins Freedom Leisure.
Once redeemed your voucher will be sent to your home address as shown on our records. You will receive the voucher within 10 working days from redemption.
If vouchers are misplaced in the postal system all queries and reassignment of voucher will be managed & will be the responsibility of D2FGroup. Please ask at your local Freedom Leisure centre for contact details
