When you work out with a partner, you’re likely to:

1. Feel more motivated: When you and your buddy encourage each other, you'll work harder (and get better results). And there's nothing wrong with a little friendly competition.

2. Be more adventurous: It's easier to try new things with a buddy. You may just find an activity you love, one that feels more like fun and less like a workout.

3. Be more consistent. When someone is counting on you to show up, you wont let them down.

Members are invited to fill in the form below and we' ll be in touch to arrange your friend's complimentary guest pass to join you for a Friday workout. Passes can used for a swim, gym or exercise classes, come along and see what your local community leisure centre has to offer.
