Types of swimming lessons we offer
Children’s Swimming Lessons
Led by friendly, qualified instructors, our swimming lessons for children follow Swim Wales’ Learn to Swim framework and will help your child become a strong, confident swimmer.
Infant Swimming Lessons
Our infant swimming lessons help babies aged 3 months and over get used to the water as early as possible, building confidence and developing the foundations for learning to swim.
Adult Swimming Lessons
We offer beginner adult lessons or stroke improvement sessions for the more advanced swimmer.
Intensive Swimming Lessons
We can provide more intensive swimming sessions mainly during school holidays to 'fast-track' your child's progress.
Private Swimming Lessons
If you or your child prefer a more personalised lesson structure, we can provide one-to-one swimming lessons.
Our swimming lessons are accessible to all
We work hard to make sure our centre provides the best swimming facilities possible. This includes ensuring our pool has accessible access, including ramp access and hoists where we can. To ensure your safety, all our pools are covered by friendly and highly qualified lifeguards.
In Partnership with Swim Wales
We work in partnership with Swim Wales to deliver a high quality Learn to Swim Programme for all ages and abilities.
All our instructors are experienced and fully trained to deliver the Learn to Swim Programme and are DBS checked.
Tracking your child’s progress
We have an online portal where you can track your child’s swimming lesson progress and see where they need to improve to progress through the waves!
