The main sports hall can accomodate all the traditional sports you'd expect including:

We also use this space for some of our group exercise classes.
Our Squash Courts
Squash is a strenuous sport, in which a player can use a lot more energy than most other sports. Squash helps to improve cardiovascular health and a game of squash will see you running, leaping and diving for the ball.
Our Indoor Cycling Studio
Indoor Cycling is a highly effective cardio and strength workout. In one 45-minute class, you’ll ride a stationary bike to the beat of awesome music—and burn up to 600 calories in the process.
Our MyRide Studio offers scenic virtual cycling locations and a highly immersive cycling experience using the latest fitness technology.
How To Book A Court
We pride ourselves on offering affordable indoor facilities that are accessible to all. We are one of the few clubs where you can simply book a court and 'pay-and-play' without a monthly membership. Court hire fees are dependant on the activity, time duration, and age of the customer.

No, you do not require a membership to visit the centre, however, it is advised as this gives you access to additional benefits.
Our swimming pool is open everyday with swimming lessons, family swim sessions, adult only lane swimming and much more all available. Please see the swimming timetable for more information.
The gym is open 09:00 - 21:00 Monday and Friday, 07:00 - 21.00 Tuesday - Thursday, and 09:00 - 15:00 on Weekends.
We have a wide range of classes so you are bound to find the right one to suit you. You can be sure that you’ll have a great time building your fitness and improving your self-confidence. We have over 20 instructor-led classes per week. These include Zumba, Fit Steps, Body Blitz, Circuits, Below The Belt and many more!
You can book through reception or book online with a valid membership.Members can book up to 7-days in advance. Non-members can book within 24-hours.
Yes. We run a fantastic junior swim school programme and a fabulous adult swim school programme. Swimming is a fundamental life skill that everyone should have the opportunity to develop and help them stay safe near the water.
Yes, there are several bus stops that are within walking distance of the centre.
We offer junior fitness memberships for Under 16's and full memberships are available for 16 and above.
