We have slow, medium and fast lanes to cater for all abilities.
We offer a range of swimming lessons for both adults and children. Our lessons are all about developing confident and competent swimmers through fun and enjoyment. We aim for the highest level of water confidence, skill and swimming techniques.
Sessions in the pool that are perfect for spending quality time with your family.
Swimming can support up to 90% of the bodies weight in water, meaning that those with disabilities, injuries or illnesses like arthritis can take part and help you stay healthy, energetic and independent as you get older.
It's a day to remember for the children and minimal fuss for the adults. Have a splashing time with our pool inflatable party.
We offer AFFS discount on lane swimming as well as Free Splash for under 16's.
Clubs can hire lanes in our pool.

We work hard to ensure our centre provides the best fitness facilities possible. This includes ensuring our spaces have accessible access and are clean and safe to use.
Adult to Child Ratio
It is important that we keep you safe in our pools.
Children aged 3 years and under need one adult to supervise one child. Children aged 4-7 years need one adult to supervise two children. Children aged 8+ years are able to use the pool unaccompanied however any child who is not a confident swimmer must be supervised regardless of age.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes you need to pre book any pool session to avoid disappointment should the session become fully booked. You are able to book in advance (8 days) which you can do online here or by calling us on 01792 897039.
Our pool is open 7 days a week. To find the session your looking for, check out our timetable
We recommend that you bring a bottle of water with you to each fitness class to help you keep hydrated. As part of our environmental focus we would ask you to bring a refillable water bottle as drinking fountains can be found to fill up at centre. We also recommend that you bring a towel in with you.
Yes we have lockers. Lockers in the female changing rooms take padlocks and lockers in the male changing rooms take £1.00 coin.
No, There is no longer a need to come beach ready, however it is a personal choice.
No. Everyone needs to wear swim wear. If you need to cover up then rashvests are permitted.
