LesMills takes fitness to the next level with world class workouts, accompanied by the world's best high energy music, best moves, and best instructors. We offer LesMills Grit, Body Attack and Body Combat.
Holistic
With a focus on relaxation, reducing tension and developing breathing techniques, our holistic group exercise classes such as Yoga, Pilates and Thai Chi to offer a low impact workout with an added dose of wellness.
Freedom Cycling
Our high intensity, low impact indoor cycling classes focus on endurance, strength, intervals, and recovery in our brand new state of the art indoor cycling studio with classes such as Coach By Colours and Connect.
Cardio
Cardio fitness classes are a great way to get your heart rate pumping and burn calories. We have a wide range of cardio classes including Legs, Bums and Tums, Synrgy Circuits and Cardio Climb.,
Strength
Resistance or strength training with weights has multiple benefits for the body and mind, such as building muscle strength and endurance. Our classes include Kettlebells and Women’s Weights.
Fun
Group exercise is a fun, social activity that aims to get you fit and active in an inclusive, supportive environment. Our classes are all about getting you moving in an enjoyable and exhilarating way
In the pool
Fitness classes in the pool use water resistance to build and improve stamina, strength and suppleness as well as increase cardiovascular fitness.
Older adults - Gold
We offer a range of classes designed for those who are looking for a lower intensity fitness class whilst still keeping active, for example, Circuits Gold and 60+ aerobics.
Female Only fitness classes
We are pleased to offer women only group exercise classes aimed to empower women such as Learn to lift, Women’s Weights and Cardio Confidence.
Family
Here at the LC, we aim to create an inclusive environment with activities for all the family. This is why we are proud to offer classes to get the whole family active, such as Buggy Blast.
Functional fitness classes
Functional fitness means doing movements that mimic everyday actions, incorporating multiple muscle groups at the same time, such as our Threshold Class.

Changing and Showers
We have clean and accessible change & shower facilities. Our lockers take a padlock, if you have forgotten yours you can buy one at reception.
Costa Coffee
We are proud to serve Costa Coffee as well as a range of snacks, hot and cold food and cold beverages in our Coffee shop.

There are several parking options surrounding the LC, the closest being St David's multi-storey car park.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, we always advise pre booking your fitness class to ensure no disappointment on arrival. You can book online here up to 8 days in advance or by calling us on 01792 466500.
You need to be aged 11 and older to use our fitness classes with the exception of weight based classes - for example, kettlebells and Freedom Pump, where you need to be at 18 or over.
We encourage all abilities and levels of fitness to participate in our classes. Our qualified instructors will tailor the class to suit all levels of fitness.
Yes, all our Fitness memberships give you unlimited access to both the gym and fitness classes not just at our centre but also to all the other Freedom Leisure Swansea sites.
⭐ TOP TIP! If you plan to attend 2 or more classes a week, a Fitness membership will definitely save you money in the long run! And with a membership you can quickly and easily book, amend and cancel bookings online!
If you are unable to attend a class, please provide as much notice as possible (with a minimum of one hour) as this allows us to free up spaces for other customers. Fitness members can cancel and amend bookings online. If you have pre-paid for your class, please contact us the centre directly to arrange a transfer to another session. We are unable to refund cancelled classes.
If you have specific class equipment you use, i.e. your own yoga mat or kettlebell, we would encourage you to bring them with you. We also have plenty at the centre for you to use. We recommend that you bring your own towel.
We always advise that you bring a bottle of water with you to each fitness class to help you keep hydrated. As part of our environmental focus we would ask you to bring a refillable water bottle as drinking fountains can be found to fill up at the centre.
Before starting, please seek medical advice from your GP as to the level of activity you should be doing and what is recommended for you. At the beginning of every class, please notify the instructor of any condition you may have.
