I broke my left arm whilst on holiday about two years ago. Following surgery and a year off work I was still unable to use my arm properly. I was feeling depressed as I had put on weight and lost my confidence with being able to exercise.
My husband bought me some personal training sessions with Ben Stone for my Christmas present. Ben has encouraged me to strengthen my arm so that I am now able to use it again fully. I have succeeded in losing the weight I gained and now feel fit and healthy.

History: Aspiring personal trainer with a year of experience in the fitness industry. Spent two years at Aldershot Town FC Academy and in my time learnt a lot about sport specific exercise and rehabilitation methods. Looking to use my own experiences in the gym with clients to help them move more efficiently and reach their goals.
Interests: My main sporting interests are football and American football, and I also workout 4-5 times per week, which keeps me very active. I previously played for Aldershot Town and Ash United, but being a personal trainer is now my main focus. I also enjoy watching UFC and NBA.
Specialities: Strength/muscular endurance/hypertrophy training, weight loss and toning, flexibility and postural correction. I also teach the HIIT and Fitball classes on a Monday, and the Bootcamp and Ab Attack classes on a Tuesday evening.
