Leah Watts PT - Client Testimonial

Client - Sarah Gabbott

Personal Trainor - Leah Watts

I’ve been training with Leah for six months and I have to say, I finally feel like I have found the right PT for me. Leah listens to my goals and she plans my workouts and PT sessions accordingly. She pushes me when I need it, but also understands the pressure of life, kids, work etc. She supports me not only like a PT, but like a friend.

Since training with Leah, my confidence has grown with regards to working out on my own and also personally, with how I look. Leah likes to set me challenges that are achievable but still challenging. Leah explains all the exercises, the benefits and how to do them correctly and safely to avoid injury.

I am rapidly approaching a BIG birthday and I have no doubts that Leah will help me reach my targets and beyond!

Ben Stone PT - Client Testimonial

Client – Lorraine Fisher

Personal Trainer – Ben Stone

Following illness and considerable weight gain I decided to join the gym in January and thought a PT would keep me motivated and safe. Especially seeing as some of muscles and joints hadn’t moved dynamically for decades.

Ben was recommended by a few friends, and what a game changer he proved to be!

He works out a full and varied hour of exercise each session, designed to strengthen my weaknesses and tone the untoned!

In the first session he identified weak areas and over the weeks together we have worked on them. He is encouraging and reassuring, and will always ensure that I am not in pain and the exercise is working properly for me. He has kept me focused and motivated to continue.

Left to my own devices I would not have made it this far; I am currently 50lbs down and so much fitter. Thank you Ben, for all of your hard work and support. You have made my journey a lot easier, much more interesting, and most importantly, fun.

Emily Wickham PT - Client Testimonial

Client – Phoebe Horton

Personal Trainer – Emily Wickham

I started training with Emily in May because I wanted to tone up and prepare myself for netball trials with a new team. With her help, I made it through the trials and have continued to improve my game fitness since!

My workouts with Emily are varied and challenging. She constantly motivates me to push myself and has given me the confidence to step away from the cardio machines, even when I am in the gym without her.

I am so pleased with my results so far – I feel stronger and more confident than I have in a long time! I am looking forward to continuing to work with Emily and would recommend her sessions to anyone!

Ben Stone PT - Client Testimonial

Client – Keith Smith

Personal Trainer – Ben Stone

I had a set of 12 training sessions with Ben last year in order to try and lose some weight and get a get a better focus on training in the gym.

When I started I also had a shoulder injury so there were a number of exercises that I couldn’t do which was causing some frustration.

Ben explained that he would help me to work all the muscle groups which would overcome the injury, improve strength and give better definition. He also gave excellent advice on nutrition and I changed my diet accordingly.

The range and variety of the exercises plus his enthusiasm and expertise gave me huge motivation to improve which I did.

The results have been fantastic, I lost 10lbs in weight, 3 inches off my waistline got more definition in the upper body – far more than I expected. I also managed to do all the exercises as the injury was overcome and I increased the “weights I was pushing” significantly.

I continue to use the full range of exercises he taught me and am still really enjoying my gym work.
