Pilates Flow: A range of Pilates exercises that are linked together to create a continuous flow of movement.

No, all the fitness classes at Ash Manor Sports Centre can be done either on a pay-and-play basis or as a paid member.
Taking part in one of our classes is not only great fun but exercising in a group adds a social element and will keep you motivated to continue visiting on a regular basis. It's also been proven to help with weight loss and reduce the risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes and stroke.
This depends on your personal fitness goals and availability. Generally, beginners should take part in two or three classes a week and consider increasing the number of sessions as fitness levels improve. Ultimately, the most important thing is to find a class you enjoy and challenges you every time.
