Experience our SYNRGY rig with one of our trainers who will lead you on a 30 minute HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) style workout. Booking is essential.

Supervised Times

Supervised Times

Young people from the age of 12yrs are welcome in our gyms. Children under 16yrs are only permitted to use the gym if they are either accompanied by a user over the age of 18yrs or attend during the instructor supervised times:

Monday 3.00pm - 7.00pm
Tuesday 7.00am - 11.00am & 3.00pm - 7.00pm
Wednesday 9.00am - 12noon & 3.30pm - 7.00pm
Thursday 7.00am - 11.00am & 3.30pm - 7.00pm
Friday 9.00am - 12noon & 3.00pm - 6.00pm
Saturday Unsupervised
Sunday 10.00am - 2.00pm
