Not at all! All our facilities can be used on a pay as you go basis. Depending on your usage though, it may be more cost effective to take out one of our memberships.

To book online or via the app:
You will need your Member ID and PIN. If you don't have either of these yet, pop into the centre and see reception who will issue you an entry card and give you your ID and PIN number.
You don't need to take out a membership to do this but you will need a card and register on our system as a pay as you go user before you can book.
You can register online as a pay as you go user here to save time in centre. Once registered, pop along to centre at a time that suits you to pick up your entry card.

If you have your own equipment such as a yoga mat or kettlebells, we advise that you bring these along to classes. We also recommend that you bring along your own water bottle and towel.
The answer depends on your fitness goals, preferences and availability. However, a general guideline is to aim for at least two classes a week. You can also mix and match different types of fitness classes, such as aerobics, strength, flexibility and balance, to work on different aspects of your fitness and prevent fatigue. The most important thing is to find a routine that works for you and that you enjoy.
All our fitness classes aid weight loss to varying degrees. Indoor cycling, Zumba and GRIT™ are real calorie-burners while classes such as BODYPUMP™ or kettlebells can help boost your resting metabolic rate and burn more calories even when you’re not exercising.
