Supervised Times
Young people aged 12 and over are welcome in our gyms. Children under 16 may only use the gym if they’re accompanied by someone aged 18 or over, or during instructor-supervised times:

- By car: Take the Hythe Bypass and follow signs to Hythe/Dibden. Applemore is located on Claypits Lane, SO45 5TN.
- By foot: Applemore Health & Leisure is located on Claypits Lane across the road from Tesco Superstore.
- By bus: Take the no.9 bus to Cabot Drive which is a three-minute walk from Applemore Health & Leisure
- By train: The nearest train station is Beaulieu Road station which is four miles from the centre.
Non members are welcome to use the gym on a pay-as-you-go basis.
