Experience our SYNRGY rig with one of our trainers who will lead you on a 30-minute HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) style workout. Booking is essential.

Supervised Times

Young people aged 12 and over are welcome in our gyms. Children under 16 may only use the gym if they’re accompanied by someone aged 18 or over, or during instructor-supervised times:

 

Monday 3.00pm - 7.00pm
Tuesday 7.00am - 11.00am & 3.00pm - 7.00pm
Wednesday 9.00am - 12noon & 3.30pm - 7.00pm
Thursday 7.00am - 11.00am & 3.30pm - 7.00pm
Friday 9.00am - 12noon & 3.00pm - 6.00pm
Saturday Unsupervised
Sunday 10.00am - 2.00pm
