Welcome to the 2019 Breakout summer sports programme for children age 3-14 years. We have lots of affordable activities hitting the city to help keep your child active.

We will be taking email bookings from June and they will be dealt with on a first come, first serve basis. with your child’s name, date of birth, activities you would like to book & contact phone number.

Multiple children can be booked on the same email. We will deal with bookings and call you back within 2-3 working days. Payment will be required to secure the booking. Places cannot be held. Our email address can also be used to contact us with any questions regarding our activities.

Our telephone booking line opens on Monday 1st July 01273 710555 so please take advantage of our email booking system as places get filled up quickly.

Notes to parents

Please download the registration form HERE and bring to the session to save time on the day. We will always have hard copies at each session too. A form must be completed for every activity your child attends.

Activities are non-refundable after 48 hours of receipt of your booking confirmation. Only with a valid doctors note will money be refunded.

For any outdoor sessions affected by adverse weather conditions, the running of the session will be at the discretion of the coach. You must register at the session to receive any compensation in the event of a cancellation. Day camps will run regardless of the weather.

We ask for children to avoid bringing valuable items to sessions.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before sessions are due to start so we can register your child and ensure they receive the full session.

For day camps and outdoor activities - please bring:

  • Full water bottle
  • Sun cream/sun hat
  • Packed lunches and snacks should be healthy. We ask for NO nuts or fizzy drinks.
  • Active clothing should be worn and include a jumper and a rain coat

For trampolining:

  • Socks must be worn

For tennis:

  • Tennis rackets are provided. Children are welcome to bring their own providing the coach agrees they are the correct size.
  • Please bring a water bottle.

For watersports:

  • All wet suits and equipment is provided. Just bring a towel, sun cream and a drink/snack.
