As one of the newest gym facilities in Staffordshire, our state-of-the-art gym offers 70 stations of fantastic equipment, suitable for a range of fitness levels. You'll have an enjoyable workout that’s just right for you.

The LC's four4 storey aquatic themed interactive soft play area will keep children entertained for hours! Our soft play is perfect for all ages, especially younger children who aren't quite tall enough for other activities. Plus, parents can take a well-earned break at the LC coffee shop while their little ones play!
