This course is designed for anybody who wishes to progress their career in fitness, health and wellbeing and active leisure. The course aims to teach you how design and implement programmes safely and effectively for clients who have been referred, usually because they are suffering with some medical condition.
While we offer open course dates for this training, if you have a number of staff who need to attend it may be more cost effective to book a on-site course, on days and at times that suit you.
To deliver this 7 day course anywhere in Sussex, for a maximum of 16 people, the price is £470 (VAT not applicable). Additional costs may be added for courses run outside Sussex or run over more than 7 days.
The cost is fully inclusive of trainer, manuals, assessment and certificates, but does not include venue hire or refreshments. Please note that the venue must be suitable for the course (please contact us for our advice if you are uncertain).

You will be assessed by the tutor through the completion of worksheets and practical application of what you have learnt, and you will complete a theory paper that is assessed externally.
This qualification carries 38 REPs points and will provide learners with entry onto the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) at Level 3 and from there learners are able to progress onto other courses such as:
