First Aid Courses

Be a confident and qualified first-aider

about our first aid courses

It is vitally important that all organisations have staff or volunteers who are trained in First Aid and there are arrangements in place to handle ill health or injury. Most First Aid incidents are minor, but serious incidents can occur and the actions of a trained First Aider can be instrumental in preserving someone’s life, before qualified medical help arrives.

The majority of workplaces are legally required to provide First Aid. We also strongly recommend that you conduct a First Aid Risk Assessment, for further advice, please contact us.

Freedom Leisure Training deliver hundreds of courses to thousands of customers each year.

We offer the following courses and can deliver training on-site, or as open courses where stated.

Our First Aid at Work, First Aid at Work Re-Certification, Emergency First Aid at Work, Paediatric First Aid and Defibrillator Training are all certified through First Aid Awards who are regulated by OFQUAL.

First Aid is the initial treatment given to someone who is injured or sick, prior to professional medical assistance arriving and taking over. First Aid is a valuable life skill not only for those assisting in the workplace but also in everyday life. Our courses provide the practical skills required by a First Aider to confidently deal with an emergency. First Aid training gives you the ability and knowledge to comply with First Aid regulations. Putting your skills to use can help people when they need it most and possibly save lives.
