we have over 50 group exercise classes a week to choose from, ranging from fat burning to strength building and holistic to specialist classes. Our Instructors are enthusiastic, motivated and highly qualified. They strive to inspire, educate and pass on their enthusiasm for healthy living in every class they teach, so please feel free to ask them questions and give them feedback.
Core plus: a combination of aerobics and concentrated abdominal training
Pilates: an exercise technique using controlled movements to improve functional core and strength
Piyo: combining the muscle-sculpting, core firming benefits of pilates with the strength and flexibility of yoga and we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean and incredibly defined
Stretch and Tone: this class will provide strengthening and flexibility exercises using your own body weight and free weights, depending on the level of challenge you crave, that builds strength from the inside out
Yoga: a form of gentle precision exercise, using breathing and relaxation to enhance the union of body and mind, improves stability, energy, relaxation, balance and tranquillity
Aqua aerobics: aerobics session in the pool that can maintain and improve stamina, strength and suppleness as well as increase cardiovascular fitness
50+ aqua aerobics: aerobics session for the 50+ age group in the pool that can maintain and improve stamina, strength and suppleness as well as increase cardiovascular fitness
Clubbercise: easy to follow dance routines to club anthems with glow sticks and disco lights
Dance fitness: cardio dance fitness class for total body toning, can use hand weights for high/low impact, suitable for beginners
Zumba: red hot dance steps and easy to follow routines, this invigorating dance fitness party will have you moving to the groove of salsa, cumbia and samba, work your body from head to toe targeting core, thighs and abs
Aerobics: choreographed exercise that allows you to learn a routine and take it at your own pace
Boxercise: is a high energy punch and kick combination workout with traditional circuits-based exercises, a highly motivational and exciting class
Freedom circuits: a traditional workout where participants can work as hard as they want, moving from station to station, using a range of equipment
Freedom pump: a workout that requires very little co-ordination, set to music using barbells, each track of music works a specific muscle group, to ensure customer safety and maximum training benefits all customers must attend a techniques session prior to attending the class
Gentle aerobics: suitable for anyone new or returning to exercise, easy to follow with simple routines
HIIT conditioning: come and experience a high intensity class that will get you working hard with a mixture of cardio and conditioning exercises
Indoor cycling: a non weight bearing, high energy class. Great fun and shows results fast!
Insanity: high intensity, short sharp intervals working the whole body to the maximum, great for weight loss, muscle development and general fitness
Legs, bums & tums: an exercise to music class that concentrates on the lower parts of the body
Pound fit: is the world’s first cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energising and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums
Step plus: an excellent combination of easy to follow step routines combined with all over body training
Strength & conditioning: total body, strength training and metabolic conditioning using barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and more
Total body conditioning: a high intensity class for those used to exercising, a total body multi-functional workout to increase body tone and condition. May involve HIIT training and some equipment
