Yes, you can bring a guest for any of our activities. They must check in with you at reception and pay the guest entrance fee dependant on which activity they are taking part in

You only have to prebook your group exercise classes, members can pre book up to 7 days in advance. You do not have to book for swimming or to visit the gym
