Our sessions include a series of controlled movements performed on a mat where we concentrate on precise movements that engage the deep abdominal muscles, improve posture and enhance balance and stability.

We recommend pre-booking our fitness classes and sports sessions. You do not need to pre-book for swimming or to use the gym. Please check our swim timetable before arriving at the centre.
