Aqua Aerobics
A refreshing and low-impact workout that uses water resistance to tone and shape the body. Ideal for improving stamina, strength and suppleness.
Zumba
A dance-based fitness class that combines Latin and international rhythms with easy-to-follow moves. A fun and effective way to burn calories and boost your mood.
Kettlebells
A strength and conditioning class that uses weighted balls with handles known as kettlebells. You’ll swing, lunge and squat your way to fitness, improving your power and endurance.
HIIT
A high-intensity interval training class that alternates between short bursts of intense activity and recovery periods. A great way to burn fat and improve your cardiovascular fitness.
Hulacise
A 45-minute waist and hip workout using weighted hoops to burn calories and tone the whole body, particularly core, hips and waist.
SYNRGY
Each class includes short bursts of interval-based exercises interspersed with periods of recovery. You’ll use battle ropes, slam balls, kettlebells and more during the workout.

All our facilities can be used on a pay as you go basis. However it may be more cost effective to take out one of our memberships, depending on your usage.

To book online or via the app:
You will need your Member ID and PIN. If you don't have either of these yet, pop into the centre and see reception who will issue you an entry card and give you your ID and PIN number.
You don't need to take out a membership to do this but you will need a card and register on our system as a pay as you go user before you can book.
You can register online as a pay as you go user here to save time in centre. Once registered, pop along to centre at a time that suits you to pick up your entry card.

All our exercise classes can support weight loss to varying degrees. Indoor cycling, HIIT and Boxercise are ultimate calorie-burners, while classes such as Kettlebells or BODYPUMP™ can boost your resting metabolic rate and burn calories even when you’re not exercising.

All our group exercise classes take place at Ringwood Health & Leisure, Parsonage Barn Lane, Ringwood, BH24 1PX.
Yes, we have free parking on site for customers attending fitness classes at the centre.
