Our state of the art ‘threshold’ room is the perfect place for functional training, from sled pushes to monkey bars, kettlebells to ski erg, rowers and self-powered treadmill, we can ensure there’s variety and lots of fun and diversity in each of your sessions.
Places in classes are limited to 16 participants at this time, so please book in to guarantee your place. Keep an eye on our timetable as the ‘threshold’ room is available to use when there’s no class.
