Our Healthy Communities Team in Swansea

As a not-for-profit charitable leisure trust, supporting individuals and communities to be more active and healthier is at the heart of everything we do. You do not require a membership to visit the centre however it is advised as this gives you access to additional benefits as well as offering great value for money?
The gym is open 06:00 – 21:00 on weekdays and from 08:00 – 18:00 on Saturdays and from 08:00 - 20:00 on Sundays.
Yes you can park for free, right outside the centre when you are using us.
We have a wide range of classes so you are bound to find the right one to suit you. You can be sure that you’ll have a great time building your fitness and improving your self-confidence. We have over 60 instructor led classes per week.

We offer junior fitness memberships from aged 11
There are several bus stops that are within walking distance of the centre.
Yes we have a 25m swimming pool which offers a range of swimming options from lessons to lane swimming, fun inflatable sessions to pre-school aqua tot sesisons.
