You do not require a membership to visit the centre however it is advised as this gives you access to additional benefits as well as offering great value for money.
The gym is open 06:00 – 21:00 on weekdays and from 07:00 – 18:00 on Saturdays and from 07:00 - 21:00 on Sundays
Yes you can park for free, right outside the centre when you are using us.
We have a wide range of classes so you are bound to find the right one to suit you. You can be sure that you’ll have a great time building your fitness and improving your self-confidence. We have over 70 instructor led classes per week.

There are several bus stops that are within walking distance of the centre.
Yes, we have a 25m, 8 lane swimming pool as well as a learner pool and offer a range of pool based activities such as swimming lessons, lane swimming, parties and pre-school sessions, you can find out all about swimming in Penlan here.
