Benefits Of Indoor Cycling
Indoor Cycling is a highly effective cardio and strength workout. In one 45-minute class, you’ll ride a stationary bike to the beat of awesome music and burn up to 600 calories in the process.
Not only will your lungs be pumping, you'll also work your glutes, calves, quads, hamstrings, and build your core muscles. Indoor cycling is definitely intense and fast-paced, but it’s a great sport for any fitness level.
How To Book
We pride ourselves on offering affordable indoor facilities that are accessible to all. We are one of the few clubs where you can simply book a court and 'pay-and-play' without a monthly membership. Court hire fees are dependant on the activity, time duration, and age of the customer.

No, you do not require a membership to visit the centre, however, it is advised as this gives you access to additional benefits.
Our swimming pool is open everyday with swimming lessons, family swim sessions, adult only lane swimming and much more all available. Please see the swimming timetable for more information.
Yes, parking is available onsite at no cost.
We have a variety of classes so you are bound to find the right one to suit you. You can be sure that you’ll have a great time building your fitness and improving your self-confidence. Classes include Freedom Bootcamp, Spinning, Tabata, Konga Burn, Spin Lite and more!
You can book through reception. Members can book up to 7-days in advance. Non-members can book within 24-hours.
Yes. We run a fantastic junior swim school programme and a fabulous adult swim school programme. Swimming is a fundamental life skill that everyone should have the opportunity to develop and help them stay safe near the water.
Yes, there are bus stops within walking distance of the centre, as well as a train station that is 0.4 miles (7 minute walk) from the centre.
