BodyPump HEAVY is a tempo-based strength class designed to build muscle and increase power using heavier weights than traditional Body Pump. It features fewer, slower reps (e.g., 3 sets of 8), longer recoveries, and targets full-body strength, allowing participants to improve technique and lift heavier safely."
