what is the health referral membership?
This is a 6 month discounted membership, paid monthly, which involves tailored classes, access to our fitness facilities, x5 1-1 coaching sessions and a dedicated team to help you on your journey to becoming happier & healthier.
Your first one-to-one coaching session will be a friendly introduction to our gym. One of our specially trained instructors will aim to find out a little bit more about you and your goals. We will then be able to design a fitness programme based on your current fitness levels whilst considering your referral needs. Your instructor will also use this time to assess which of our health classes are right for you.

Free Covid Rehab Class
We run a FREE weekly class open to anyone with long covid symptoms. This course is self-referred and open to all ages.
