Our couch -5K running group is the perfect way to get into running on a regular basis. With easy intervals and individual goals anybody can get in to running. Once you've started the sky really is the limit.

The MUGA'S high level fencing keeps balls in the pitch and allows for safe viewing.
In built football and basketabll goals mean that there is no need for hevy lifting.
During summer months we have tennis courts available. Net's are provided. Natural light is needed to play.
An excellent place to begin playing tennis wether you are six or sixty.
