Working alone can be hard. Our group exercise program offers whole a range of group exercise classes, all designed to raise the heart rate and create change in the body. All of our trained and qualified instructors are passionate about their classes and offer a friendly motivational environment that will have you hooked.


People come in all different shapes, sizes, ages and ability. Easyline™ is specifically designed for people who aren't used to going to the gym. The machines are easy to use and safe for people with different fitness and strength levels. The patented hydraulic piston technology means that there isn't a weight plate in sight.

Easyline™ sessions are all instructor led and set out in a way that encourages conversation during the class. The friendly instructors use their wealth of knowledge to ensure that you are using the equipment correctly and getting the best out of the classes.

Aquafit™ is the low impact, high resistance way to exercise. The buoyancy of the water makes it gentle on joints while the constant resistance strengthens muscles and improves cardiovascular fitness.

Regardless of your fitness level you can get a great workout. Your instructor will offer plenty of options to increase or decrease the difficulty of the moves. The water provides equal resistance through your full range of motion, working each pair of muscles simultaneously and keeping you balanced.

If you're looking to strengthen your muscles and improve cardiovascular fitness without subjecting your body to additional wear and tear, this is the class for you.

Core Pilates

A refreshing mind-body workout where the quality of movement is valued over quantity of repetitions.

Pilates elongates and strengthens muscles improving flexibility and joint mobility reducing the likelihood of injury. It teaches you to move more effectively and trains the body to move in a safer, more efficient pattern.

The exercises are designed to build a strong core (flat tummy and strong back).

It's gentile but it's challenging. Most moves are low impact and performed from reclining or sitting positions. The instructor will offer modifications to each exercise ranging from beginner to advanced to tailor the workout to your ability.

Core Blast

The core of the body is responsible for supporting the stomach, back, spine and shoulders. Core fitness exercises aim to strengthen all muscles related to these areas.

This class will challenge your stabilising muscles and work the whole core. Great for flattening the tummy, and improving balance and posture.

That's not all, the energetic sections will ensure that you get a cardio workout too!

Legs, Bums & Tums (L.B.T)

The leg, bum and tum areas are often considered the hardest to tackle when it comes to shifting the unwanted body fat. This class is a full body workout aiming to tone up those areas of your thighs, bum and stomach that are causing the problem.

Start with a warm up then squat, lunge and crunch your way to a fitter leaner you! Legs, Bums and Tums is great for anyone who wants to lose weight and tone up as it uses large muscle groups for a high calorie burn and exercises which target those problem areas.

Swimming is a great way to help your body shed fat and maintain a healthy weight. As water is 12 times denser than air, swimming is a far more effective way of toning your muscles than any other form of cardiovascular exercise that you can do on land. 

Swimming can help to increase you lung volume and force you to learn better breathing techniques that can aid you when lifting weights or running. 

Water has a handy habit of supporting your bodyweight; it serves as a great way for people with injuries or those suffering from obesity to get a good workout.

Pure Circuits

Circuit training combines all aspects of fitness in to one hour long class. 

The stations are set out by the instructor and designed to give a full body strength workout, full cardio workout, core activation and flexibility training. 

Our wide range of equipment and instructor led options means that you can tailor the class to your ability so everybody gets a good workout.

Metafit™ is the original 30 minute, non-choreographed, bodyweight only HIIT workout.

The class is only 30 minutes long meaning it can fit in to even the busiest of schedules. The exercises are high intensity meaning you will burn the maximum amount of calories in a short period of time. This type of routine takes advantage of excess post exercise consumption. This means that your body goes in to overdrive and will continue to burn calories at a higher rate for up to 24 hours after you stop working.
