Yes, we have public swimming most days but please check out our timetable for more details.
Our state of the art gym is open 7:00-22:00 Monday & Wednesday, 6:30-22:00 Tuesday & Thursday. 7:00-21:00 Friday, 8:45-17:00 Saturday and 8:30-16:30 Sunday.
Yes, we have ample parking available.
Yes, we have over 20 classes a week including Les Mills. From BODYPUMP™ and Metafit™ to Aquafit™ and Yoga there's something for everyone.
There is no need to book any of our group exercise classes apart from our spin class which along with 3G and sports hall bookings can be booked by calling us on 01691 778666.

Yes, our incredibly popular Learn to Swim classes are available for all abilities. Please enquire here.
Yes, there is a bus stop just before Chapel lane which is just a few minutes' walk to the centre.
Yes, we have a coffee machine and you can take away or enjoy in our seating area. We also have vending machines and cold drinks are available.
Our Junior Memberships start from 11 years old. All ages can use the pool but we do have adult to child ratios in place.
