It depends on what membership you choose, if you join on our Gym and Classes Cefn Hengoed Membership you get access to the gym, classes and racket sports at Cefn Hengoed.
On our CityWide membership you get access to all of our Swansea centres including 6 gyms and over 300 fitness classes per week at the LC Swansea, Penlan, Penyrheol, Morriston, Bishopston and Cefn Hengoed, in addition to this you can swim for free during most pool sessions and also play racket sports for free.
On our gym and classes Cefn Hengoed membership you get:
- free parking when you train
- a 4 step member journey programme which puts you on the right foot towards achieving your goals
- personal programmes tailored to your needs specifically, with our world class colleagues at no extra cost
- review sessions included as standard with the team whenever you like and as many personal programmes as you want

In addition to the above on our Active CityWide membership options you get:

- Swim for free during public, lane, aquatots and fun and float sessions at Penlan, Penyrheol and Morriston Leisure centres as well as free swimming at the LC Swansea during aquatots, general splash and the last two hours of all full feature Waterpark sessions

It is really simple to join and get started as it is an online process. You can either join from the comfort of your own home using this link and following the steps. Alternatively, if you would prefer you come to the centre and one of our team will be able to help you join.
If you would like to make an appointment to come in and join just call the centre and the team will be on hand to help.
Our memberships are done via direct debit, however we do have some annual options available.
Of course you can, if you chose to take a break (freeze) from your membership at the cost of £5 per month for those months you choose (maximum of three months) with no questions asked. This is a great option if you have an injury or if you are going on an extended holiday. If you would like to freeze simply email bishopston@freedom-leisure.co.uk.
If you are looking to leave it may be an option to freeze your membership rather than cancelling completely and you will stay on your existing membership price which could save you money if you re-join in the future.

Please note that you must have completed your minimum commitment length and give one month's notice to cancel.
Of course we offer gym membership from the age of 11 years old with all the great member benefits of our adult membership.
It is FREE - we are here to help you get results so there is no cost for any of this support for as long as you stay a member with us.
At Cefn Hengoed you have the choice of a membership which just gives you access to Cefn Hengoed or one of our CityWide memberships that give you access to the whole of Swansea so you can train at Bishopston, Cefn Hengoed, the LC, Morriston, Penlan and Penyrheol.
