You do not require a membership to visit the centre however it is advised as this gives you access to additional benefits as well as offering great value for money.
The gym is open 09:00 – 21:00 on MOnday - Friday and from 09:00 – 16:00 on weekends
Yes you can park for free, right outside the centre when you are using us.
We have a wide range of classes so you are bound to find the right one to suit you. You can be sure that you’ll have a great time building your fitness and improving your self-confidence.

We offer junior fitness memberships from aged 11.
There are several bus stops that are within walking distance of the centre.
We don’t have a pool, the closest pools to you can be found at our centres in Penyrheol, Penlan, Morriston and the LC Swansea, all of which offer a range of different swimming activities and swimming lessons.
