No, you do not require a membership to visit the centre, however, it is advised as this gives you access to additional benefits.
The gym is open 16:00 - 21:00 Monday-Thursday and 16.00-19.30 Fridays. The gym centre is closed on weekends.
Yes, there is parking available onsite at no cost.
Yes, we currently offer Indoor Cycling and Kettlebells classes and plan to add more. You can be sure that you’ll have a great time building your fitness and improving your self-confidence.
You can book through reception. Members can book up to 7-days in advance. Non-members can book within 24-hours.
Yes, there are several bus stops that are within walking distance of the centre.
We offer junior fitness memberships for Under 16's and other memberships are available for 16 and above.
