Kettlebells is a fat burning, body toning workout session using a kettlebell. Easy to follow exercises and done alongside stimulating music. Class is around 45 minutes to an hour.
freedom indoor cycle
Freedom indoor cycle is a type of aerobic exercise done by cycling indoors on a stationary bicycle. An instructor will sit on a bicycle at the front of the room, facing the class. Loud music will be played throughout to motivate the class.
Gentle movement to music designed to strengthen bones mobilise joints and work the heart and lungs, giving you a full body workout but leaving you relaxed, combining aerobic exercise with strength and relaxation.
Aerobics is a form of physical exercise that combines rhythmic exercise with stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness.
Aquarobics is the performance of aerobic exercise in fairly shallow water. It is a group fitness class setting with a trained professional with a warm up and cool down routine. The class focuses on aerobic endurance, resistance training, and creating an enjoyable atmosphere with music.
Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance.
easyline gym circuits
A complete body workout. Instructor lead sessions, offering advice, supervision and keeping classes fresh with music and circuits.
An all-rounder exercise class using dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells and body weight. The class is around 60 minutes long including a light warm up and full body cool down. You will follow the instructor who will be demonstrating the exercises step by step at the front of the class. The class is Light - moderate intensity which can fit around everyone’s ability.
total tone and stretch
This class will provide strengthening and flexibility exercises, using your own body weight and free weights depending on the level of challenge you want that builds strength from the inside out.
'everyone in the centre are fab, much better since freedom has taken it over more classes etc and a lot more choice'
