HIIT Classes
Ignite classes are small group intense workouts in the functional gym area. They are great if you prefer to work out under the guidance of a gym instructor or just need some extra motivation. Spaces are bookable for members to secure your space or take a chance to turn up and join in.
Indoor Cycling
We specialise in Indoor cycling in our dedicated studio. Led by a team of highly trained instructors it’s not only great fun & social, it's guaranteed to improve your fitness.
Group Exercise Programme
We’ve got a packed programme of classes from Kettlebells to Yoga, Barre Concept to Fitness Pilates. Join as a member and you can access all our classes anytime.
Functional Training
Functional training is fast becoming the way to get all round fitness fast! Our training area includes kettlebells, battle ropes, steps and hand weights.

Gym 1 CV & Resistance
Our main spacious gym has a combination of machines such as treadmills, cross-trainers & climbers alongside other weight resistance machines.
Gym 2 Weights
Our second gym offers benches, dumbbell racks, plate loaded machines & squat rack.
Gym 3 Functional
Our functional room has 2 lifting platforms as well as a range of functional kit such as slam balls, ropes & kettlebells.
Gym 4 Stretch
A designated quiet room to stretch pre & post workout.
Gym 5 (Helenswood)
Over 16's only. An additional weights room with Incline chest press, Smith machine and dumb bells ranging from 1kg - 50kg

Frequently Asked Questions
Access is available from as young as 11 yrs with junior gym sessions. Full use of all equipment is from 16 yrs
You do not need to have an induction as long as you sign a health commitment form, however an induction is included in your membership if you would like one. Any child under 16 years of age do have to have an induction.
