Yes you can book your classes 10 days in advance as a member, 3 days as a non member.
You can book your class online or by phone.
Yes you can book onto the fitness classes at Arun Leisure Centre, Six Villages Sports Centre and Littlehampton Wave
No you can come along as a non member. Having a membership makes the activity cheaper and if you have an unlimited direct debit or annual membership your classes are included.
