Racket Sports
Enjoy a game of Badminton, Squash or Table Tennis with family or friends. Courts are bookable online or at reception. Join us for NO STRINGS SESSIONS on Wednesday's 6.30-8pm & 8-9.30pm.
Ball Sports
Our indoor facilities are perfect for a game of Football, Netball and Basketball.
Pickleball
Looking for a fun, fast-paced sport that’s perfect for all ages and abilities? Try Pickleball at Arun Leisure Centre! We offer dedicated courts available for private bookings, so contact reception to secure your slot.

Pickleball Drop-In Session
Join our Pickleball drop-in sessions every Monday & Thursday from 6:30pm to 8:00pm (new Thursday sessions starting Thursday 16th October). It’s a welcoming, social environment where players of all skill levels can enjoy the game, meet new people and have fun. These are member-led sessions, offering a relaxed and friendly way to play together.

We always advise to pre book, which you can do online or by calling us on 01243 826 612.
We suggest that you bring your own playing equipment such as balls and racquets, however, we do have a limited number of equipment to hire.
You can book up to 10 days in advance for your casual bookings as a member. 3 days as a non member. However, if you are looking to block book in advance please email [email protected].
Please wear suitable trainers in the Sports Hall and Squash Courts.
