Our Ducklings lessons are for babies up to 5 years of age. Discovery Ducklings Stages 1-4 (0-24 months) and Ducklings Stages 1-4 (2-5 years).

Our Learn to Swim Framework Stages 1-7 delivers fundamental movement skills and developing all 4 swimming strokes.

Junior and Adult Swim Squad is designed to improve stroke technique, stamina, flexibility and overall enjoyment of swimming.
We follow Swim England's Learn to Swim Pathway
We work in partnership with Swim England to deliver a high quality Learn to Swim Programme for all ages and abilities.
All our instructors are experienced and trained to deliver the Swim England Learn to Swim Programme and are fully DBS checked.
Why take swimming lessons?
More than half of children in the UK aged seven to eleven years old are unable to swim 25 metres unaided, meaning that just over one million children in this country are potentially unsafe in and around water. Swimming lessons not only provide children with skills they will maintain for life but also teach youngsters about potential dangers when swimming in pools or open water.

Our SEND swimming lessons are suitable for children with additional needs.

You can enrol your baby from birth.
Public swimming is included in your swimming lessons.
The direct debit will come out on or around the 1st of the month and unfortunately we cannot change the date.
We do not charge you for Bank Holiday lessons.
Our Pre School, Adult & Baby and Adult & Toddler lessons run for 42 weeks of the year. Excludes Easter Holidays, Summer Holidays and Christmas Holidays.
Our Stage 1 and above run for 50 weeks of the year except Christmas Holidays.
From approximately 3 months, babies can be introduced to water for the purpose of having fun and getting used to being in a pool. When children reach the age of four, they can begin to learn the basics, and by five years old, they are typically able to master the front crawl stroke. However, it's important to keep in mind that every child is different and will progress at their own pace.

Yes, we have the Freedom Café on site selling a variety of hot and cold drinks and snacks – the perfect place to unwind after a swimming lesson.
