Meet the team
Hannah
I am a qualified coach who has been coaching for a few years now but have always had a love for the sport. I started gymnastics at the Arun Leisure Centre at 3 years old and I am excited to deliver sessions to enable the children to develop their skills and hope to build confidence within the sport.
Molly
With over 10 years of coaching experience and a lifelong passion for the sport, I began gymnastics at the age of five at Arun Leisure Centre and went on to compete in Women’s Artistic Gymnastics. I am proud to now be delivering gymnastics sessions at the very venue where my gymnastics journey started. Alongside recreational coaching, I also have experience leading squad-level gymnasts, bringing strong technical knowledge and high coaching standards to all sessions. I offer inclusive, high-quality coaching for all ages and abilities, from preschool gymnastics to adult classes. With a strong focus on correct technique, safe progression, and confidence building, my sessions provide a positive and supportive environment for every gymnast.
All of our classes will have the opportunity to work towards awards/certificates, assessments for these will be once a year in the Spring term. All our classes are delivered by enthusiastic and experienced British Gymnastics qualified coaches with DBS disclosures.
