NEW to Arun Leisure Centre - Synergy Dance Sessions
SEND Dance & Movement Saturdays 10am - 11am, 8–16yrs
A fun, inclusive dance and movement class designed to support children with SEND – open to all abilities. Led by experienced SEND-trained teachers, sessions focus on confidence, creativity and wellbeing, with movement adapted to suit each child. Using music, props and imaginative activities, children build coordination, expression and social skills in a relaxed, supportive environment where everyone can succeed.
**Any child receiving one-to-one support at school must be accompanied by a parent, carer, or guardian**.
Street Dance Saturdays 11am – 12pm, 8+ yrs
High-energy street dance classes packed with fun, confidence-building routines and cool moves. Children learn foundations of street and hip-hop dance, develop coordination and musicality, and enjoy dancing as part of a team. Perfect for beginners and experienced dancers who love music, movement and expressing themselves.
Both classes take place in the Bramber studios from the 28/2/26 – 28/3/26 inc £7.50 per class for members and £9 per class for non-members.
NEW to Arun Leisure Centre - Arun Kickers
Our weekly football sessions offer a fun, supportive and engaging environment for children, young people and adults to develop their skills, build confidence and enjoy the game.
Tuesdays from 3rd March 2026
- Mini Kickers (2.5 - 4yrs): 6pm - 6:30pm
- Arun kickers (5 - 8yrs): 6:30pm - 7:30pm
- Arun Stars (11 - 16yrs): 7:30pm - 8:30pm
- Men’s mental health (18yrs+): 8:30pm - 10pm
£5 member / £7 non-member per session
What children's activities do we offer?
Gymnastics
We offer courses for gymnastics. The courses are perfect for developing your child's abilities and confidence.
Junior Gym Sessions
Our Junior gym starts from the age of 11 years. Exercising from an early age helps to in still the importance of being active.
Junior Gym Membership
We offer a junior gym membership suitable for 5-15 years. Includes access to the Gym (11 years plus), *Fitness Classes (14 years plus) Rackets Sports & drop in sessions.
Day Camps
During the school holidays we run Day Camps perfect for 5-12 year olds (children must have finished reception). There's no need to miss their friends during the Summer.
Children's Parties
Have the best party ever with friends, choose from Oscars Soft Play party, Gym party or a Pool party. A birthday to remember!
Oscars Soft Play
Oscar's soft play is the perfect place to let the kids go wild. They will have a fantastic time diving in the ball ponds, shooting down the slides and scaling the climbing frame. Opening times: Oscar’s Soft play is open 7 days a week: 7am - 7pm During school holidays, Oscar's soft play is closed between 11:30am - 12:30pm & 4pm - 6pm. Cost : £4.75
Racket Sports
Children can play badminton, squash or tennis.
Swimming Lessons
We offer a range of swimming lessons for both adults and children. Our lessons are all about developing confident and competent swimmers through fun and enjoyment. We aim for the highest level of water confidence, skill and swimming techniques.
The Friday Night Project.
A supervised social multi-activity session for 11 - 16 year olds. Its a great place to meet new people or come along with friends and take part in a sport. We offer a variety of activities including sports such as Badminton, Football, Basketball and Swimming. You can even challenge a friend to a game of table tennis or pool. Fridays, 7.00 - 9.00pm (term time only). Only £4.75 per session for members and £7.50 for non-members.
Little Leapfrogs
Suitable for 5yrs & under. A great opportunity for young children to explore & learn physical skills! There is plenty to do and lots of space to explore so let your little leapfrogs bounce, roll, ride and run to their hearts content! Sessions run on Saturdays 9.30am - 12noon. £5.75 per child. No need to book, just turn up!
Inflatazone
Suitable for 6yrs & over. Burn off some energy at our Inflatazone sessions, with our sports, games and new state of the art inflatable to enjoy! Sessions run on Saturdays 9.30am - 12noon. £5.75 per child. No need to book, just turn up!

We offer an Oscars Soft Play, Pool parties and Gym parties.
You would need to pay 50% of the party on the day of booking. If you wish to order snack boxes and book a food party room, this would also need to be paid on the day of booking.
Children can come in from birth up to 8 years old. We dont charge for 0-6 months.
Your child can use the gym from 11 years and will need to have an orientation prior to using the facilities.
We would recomend booking ahead so we can have your courts ready for when you arrive.
