Our NERS programmes offer tailored support and expertise to those individuals or groups of people that require specialist exercise prescription to manage existing health conditions or prevent ill health.

Freedom Leisure is one of the largest charitable leisure trusts in the UK, currently operating over 100 leisure & cultural venues including theatres and heritage sites. We employ more than 5,000 full and part time staff, the vast majority of whom work close to where they live, in their local community.
