We are able to provide our local community with great indoor sports venues and activities. This includes a large, four badminton court-sized main hall and a gymnasium.

We have something for everyone, whether you are a beginner or an experienced group exerciser, from mind and body to strength and conditioning classes. Our highly trained studio instructors are always here to help.

We have two glass-backed squash courts for all year-round use. These can be used by members but are available for anyone to play on a casual basis.

Knighton Sports Centre is a social hub for the local community and any surrounding businesses. We have the capacity to host various fitness and social functions in a range of adaptable spaces close to the centre of Knighton.
