Our gym boasts the latest gym equipment to provide a full and total body workout. Our friendly and approachable colleagues are on hand to guide you every step of the way.

At Llanidloes, we run fantastic junior and adult swim school programmes. Swimming is a fundamental life skill that everyone should have the opportunity to develop and help them stay safe near the water.

We are able to provide our local community with some great indoor sports venues and activities. This includes glass back squash courts and a large, main sports hall.
