we have over 35 group exercise classes a week to choose from, ranging from fat burning to strength building and holistic to specialist classes. With this vast choice you are bound to find something to suit your needs. If you are not quite sure which class is right for you, give us a call and we will guide you.

At the Village Health Club we aim to provide the best swimming lessons in the area, with well-structured, rewarding, affordable and fun lessons for all ages and abilities. Our group swimming lessons (from Stage 1) run for 50 weeks of the year and are paid for via a monthly direct debit. Our adult and child swimming lessons run termly and are paid for via a monthly direct debit.Swim School members also receive unlimited FREE swimming (subject to programme) at The Village Health Club and de Stafford Sports Centre. All our instructors are qualified and have undergone an enhanced DBS check.
