Here is a range of sport sessions we currently offer

GP Referral provides a positive introduction to an active lifestyle! Participants can begin their journey with a reduced 3 month membership. Participants will work with a fully qualified instructor, who will offer support throughout the three months and beyond, should participants continue their active; lifestyle with us.

We want to support the health of the nation enabling people to live longer, happier and healthier lives. As a not-for-profit charitable leisure trust, supporting individuals and communities to be more active and healthier is at the heart of everything we do. Across Guildford, Freedom Leisure manages 3 leisure facilities including Ash Manor Sports Centre, Guildford Lido and Guildford Spectrum.  The Healthy Communities team works with hard to reach communities including priority wards and local priority groups; women and girls, active aging, children and young people, those with disabilities or long term illness and those on low income.
