We are supporting the Royal Life Saving Society UK (RLSS UK), Resuscitation Council UK (RCUK), and other first aid awarding bodies this October with Restart A Heart.
The campaign aims to raise awareness of cardiac arrests and teach people how to perform CPR and use a defibrillator. This vital skill can save lives – and every second counts!
