In partnership with Forest of Dean District Council, Freedom Leisure is delivering an exciting project at the leisure centres, with a wave of brand-new equipment, expanded facilities, and fresh fitness classes arriving in October, with exact dates still to be confirmed.

Cinderford
Members of Cinderford can look forward to brand-new functional kit, 20 ICG 6 indoor cycling bikes, the launch of Les Mills Sprint classes, plus 4 Concept 2 rowers, a treadmill, Power Mill climber, benches, and a cable machine.
Lydney
Lydney members can look forward to a brand-new functional training room which will be opening in late October/ early November. This room will feature rowers, Skill Mills, Ski Ergs, assault bikes, a sledge, boxing area, kettlebells, sand bags, wall balls, plyo box, and more.
Les Mills Ceremony classes will launch at the end of October, alongside the arrival of a leg curl, leg extension, linear leg press, plate-loaded glute drive, 3 Concept 2 rowers, and a cable machine.
Newent
Fresh functional kit will be installed at Newent for all our members to enjoy!
This will include new weights, sand bags, slam balls, and wall balls, along with a new cable machine and Power Mill climber.
Sedbury
Sedbury Leisure Centre is excited to announce the arrival of brand-new equipment, including a full set of new dumbbells with a sleek stand, ready for our members to enjoy.
