Being nominated for this award is a huge honour. Physical activity has played a significant role in my own journey, helping me overcome challenges and improve my wellbeing. To now be able to support others on their own journeys is incredibly rewarding, and I'm proud to be part of a programme that makes such a positive difference within our communities.
